How Soon Will my Order Ship?
Flame, Foundry and Forge sets a high standard for customer service, and one of our customer service goals is fast shipping. Credit card orders that are placed Monday through Friday by 2:30 PM Mountain Standard Time* (MST) receive same business day shipping when all items are in stock. Next Day and Second Day air orders can also be shipped on Saturday when placed by 10 AM*. (Extra charges apply - please email or call to request Saturday shipment or delivery). We will make every effort for Air orders placed as late as 3:30 weekdays to have same business day shipment, but this will not always be possible.
How Much will Shipping & Handling Cost?
Our shipping and handling charges are based on the standard 852 Zip Code chart. The charges for each order are calculated using the weight and zone assigned to your zip code. We offer the following rate categories: Ground Delivery (1-7 days depending on location), 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
For an accurate cost guide, place the desired items in your shopping cart. Then, go to the checkout page. After you enter your Zip Code, the screen will refresh and the shipping option selection box will be enabled. Each category will display the exact cost you would be charged for shipping and handling on your order.
As you add or delete items from your cart, the amount will change appropriately due to the weight variations of different gift items.
How soon will my order arrive?
The chart below represents Estimated Delivery days for regular Ground Service to the 48 contiguous states. Please note that the number of days on the chart reflects only Business Days. Weekends and major holidays are not included in the number of days count. For orders placed after 2:30 PM MST* please add one business day.

Air Shipments should be delivered in the number of business days stated in the shipping method. For instance, Next Day Air orders placed before 2:30 PM MST* will arrive the next business day. 2nd Day Air orders placed before 2:30 PM on Monday should be expected to arrive on Wednesday. For Hawaii and Alaska, please allow extra time.
How can I track my order?
If you placed your order using your FFandF.com customer account, simply log in to our website and click on 'Order Tracking' on the next screen. If you did not create a customer account, you can still track your order through our automated system. Choose 'Log In', then select the 'Lost your Password?' link. Our shopping cart created a 'generic' account for you when you placed your order. Enter only the email address you used when your order was placed, and your login information will be emailed to you.
In addition, if you used a valid email address when placing your order, an email with tracking number will be sent the evening of the day your order was shipped. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder.
What about Holiday Shipping?
Our shipping department is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas days. UPS does not pick up packages on July 4th, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, the day before Christmas, or Christmas day. Thus, an order placed a Wednesday evening (the day before Thanksgiving) may be packaged on Friday, but UPS will not pick it up until the Monday after the holiday weekend. Our standard "Order by 2:30, ship the same day" remains in effect for all other holidays that UPS makes their regularly scheduled pickups.
Do You Charge for Handling?
Many online stores inflate the price of every single item they offer to avoid a Minimum Order or Handling charge. In order to keep the price low on the thousands of gift items we stock, we do charge a small handling fee per order. Since this fee is charged only once per order, the cost per item can be very small. For Ground Delivery service orders this fee is $1.50. Air shipments handling charges are up to $3.00 (for Next Day Air). United States Post Office orders also included a handling fee between $3.00 and $5.00. The handling fee is added to the shipping options on our checkout page and is included in the quoted shipping charge.
What Does your Handling Fee Cover?
The handling fee is designed to cover costs such as boxes and packaging materials, labels, Customs paperwork, additional insurance costs, lost productivity due to standing in Post Office lines, etc. For Air shipments, this also covers workflow disruption as your order is given priority over other orders placed by previous customers.
Do you ship to APO, FPO, etc. Boxes?
Yes. Our shopping cart now supports shipping charges to APO, FPO, etc. boxes. Please choose the appropriate 'Military Americas' option in the Country select box on the Checkout page. Shipping for these orders is via United States Postal Service only.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. At this time, our shopping cart supports automatic shipping calculation for some countries outside of the United States. If your Country does not bring up at least one shipping option when you arrive on the checkout page, please contact us at service@ffandf.com prior to placing your order. Most orders shipped outside the United States are sent via the United States Postal Service. Our shopping cart also offers more expensive UPS expedited shipping to limited locations.
Can I Place my Order COD?
We're sorry. At this time, FFandF.com does not ship orders Cash on Delivery. If you would rather not use a credit card, we do offer a Postal Billing option on our checkout page. Simply choose this option, and place your order. You will receive an email confirmation with instructions on where to send your check or money order. Please note: your order will be held until the check clears. Orders paid for by money order will be packaged for shipping the same day of receipt.
Can I Pay for my Purchase Using my PayPal Account?
No. Unfortunately, PayPal charges are approximately twice what our regular Merchant Services Provider charges us to process Credit Card transactions. To maintian our low prices, we are unable to accept PayPal at this time.
How Late Can I Place my Order for Same Day Shipping?
When all items in your shopping cart indicate a green 'YES' for In Stock status, your order will be shipped the same business day if it is placed before 2:30 PM MST. * Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time. Our time zone is always Mountain Standard Time. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
What Carrier will Deliver my Order?
At this time our regular ground and air shipments are handled by UPS. Customers can expect improved delivery times and fewer damaged packages compared with our previous carrier. Other orders may be shipped via the United States Postal Service (APO, AE, Canada, etc.) or Federal Express by request, at extra charge.
