Flame, Foundry and Forge Return Policy
At Flame, Foundry and Forge the customers' satisfaction comes first. Therefore, we have a very liberal return policy, with few exceptions.
Flame, Foundry and Forge provides a 15-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee on all products purchased except oils and swords. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept the merchandise back.
Guidelines required for returning an item.
Return the merchandise to us within 15 days of your original receipt of the order.
The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
You must include all packaging materials.
Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
You must pay any return shipping expense.
Display the RMA # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 15 days of original delivery, refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Please note: if originally paid for by credit card, a credit will be issued to the same credit card used to place the original order. Credits are normally processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned item(s).
How to Return an Item.
If you used your personal login account with Flame, Foundry and Forge follow these easy steps:
Click "Customer Service" on our Shopping Cart website.
Log in using your customer name and password.
Select the order number that has the product listed.
Check the box for the item you wish to return.
You will receive an email almost immediately with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and address.
Return the product to us. Please be sure to put the RMA number on the outside of the box.
If you purchased a product without using a customer account, the process is only a little more complicated.
From any FFandF.com page, choose 'Log In', then select the 'Lost your Password?' link. Our shopping cart created a 'generic' account for you when you placed your order. Enter only the email address you used when your order was placed, and your login information will be emailed to you.
After you receive the email with your login information, simply follow the easy steps above.
If you did not use a valid email when placing your order, or if your mail service is rejecting email from FFandF.com (some AOL customers experience this problem), you will have to phone in for a RMA number. Please call (480) 584-3207 to obtain your personal RMA number and the address to return your item to.
Adjustments
No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. All items listed as "Closeout" will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. Unless the return is due to our error, shipping charges not covered when your order was placed were paid by Flame, Foundry and Forge, and will be deducted from the purchase price. Please note; Air shipping charges are often more expensive than those charged by our shopping cart.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
Due to security reasons, oils are not returnable. If you have an issue with any of our oils, please send an email to sales@ffandf.com. Please include the type and scent of the oil in question, and detail the problem.
Damaged Merchandise:
If an item is damaged in shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep all packing materials, and keep the entire contents of the box for inspection. We may not be able to help if there's any delay in reporting damage.
