We are NOT drop shippers. Everything on our website is in stock and ready to be shipped directly to our customers. (Exception: The Royal Dynasty Gallery Wind Chimes by Kara's Creations are sometimes shipped directly from the Importer's warehouse.) If an item is out of stock, the expected date that new items will actually ship to our customers is normally noted in the item description.
